Terms of Service
Last updated 28 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and MeshAI Labs, Inc. for the use of Versidify. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Versidify, and you are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your credentials to yourself. An organisation owner is responsible for the people they invite to it.
One person may own a limited number of organisations. Membership of organisations others have invited you to is not limited.
Plans and what they include
These are the limits the software enforces, not a summary of them. Search is unlimited on every plan.
| Plan | Price | Sites | Members | Answers a month | Custom domains |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | 1 | 3 | 50 | None |
| Team | $99 a month | 3 | 15 | 1,000 | 3 |
| Business | $399 a month | Unlimited | Unlimited | 10,000 | Unlimited |
Exceeding your answer allowance stops further answers until the month resets or you move to a larger plan. It does not affect your documentation, your search, or your access to anything you have written.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Changing plan takes effect immediately and the difference is charged or credited at the time of the change.
You can cancel whenever you like from the billing screen. Cancelling stops future charges and your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically refund partial months, but if you cancel because something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out.
If a payment fails we will retry it for several days before the subscription ends. Your service continues during that period rather than stopping at the first failed charge.
Your content is yours
You keep all rights to the documentation and other content you put into Versidify. We claim no ownership of it. We store it, index it, and serve it because that is what you are asking the service to do, and we send excerpts of it to a language model provider when you ask for a grounded answer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to publish what you upload, and for the content itself.
Acceptable use
Do not use Versidify to break the law, to publish material you have no right to publish, to host malware or phishing pages, to attack or overload the service, or to attempt to reach another organisation's content. Do not resell the service as though it were your own infrastructure.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Availability
We do not offer a service level agreement. Versidify runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves, and while we work to keep it available, there will be maintenance and there will occasionally be outages. If uptime guarantees are a requirement for you, this is worth knowing before you rely on the service rather than after.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. Doing so deletes your organisations and their content, and that deletion is not reversible.
We may end this agreement if you breach these terms. If we discontinue Versidify altogether we will give reasonable notice and time to export your content.
Liability
Versidify is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, MeshAI Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Versidify after that means you accept the change.
